What's that mean?? It's vernacular in cycling for being at the back of the race! You are beat, you've bonked, you have a mechanical or you are just too old to keep up anymore. Update......
It's been busy lately, but maybe time to mention some of the fun rides I've taken lately. The ride to Santa Barbara, hilly ones in Sonoma and Canyon, very hot days, etc.
